Tine Spring Holder Removal Clamp

This is for Tine Spring Holders that just won’t come off.

The Removal Clamp consists of 2 Block Halves, 2 bolts and 2 nuts.  The Removal Clamp is drilled to accommodate a plate type puller or can be used with a claw type puller.

The two halves are bolted together between the last and next to last Tine Spring Holder tabs.

The fulcrum for your puller can be formed in one of two ways:

1.  A 3/8” X 24 tpi coupler nut (not supplied) screwed onto the Tine Spring Holder stud.  Or
2. A 3/8” Sch 40 length of pipe.  Cut to 6 ½” long for the 20-inch tilling width or 8 ½” long for the 26-inch tilling width (not supplied).

Both of these items are readily available at your local hardware store.

The bolts and nuts for the plate type puller may be included with your puller or readily available at your hardware store.
